Could NOT think of a better title >___<

But anyway, this movie was on Toon Disney earlier, and so I felt the need to draw her.

Mulan came out in the Summer of 1998. I was 7 years old, and I remember going to the movie theatre with my best friend to go see it. After that, through all of 3rd grade, she was my hero. Believe me, there were LOTS of really bad Mulan fanart scattered around my room XD
I was also her for Halloween, and while other girls had the lame store-bought costume, my mom made mine, by hand, just for me. I felt so freaking awesome that night.

Anyway, I'm done being nostalgic. I had fun drawing her again for the first time in 10 years. And even though Disney slaps her all over the princess packaging, I will never see Mulan as a princess.

Also, the sword is weird looking, yes, but keep in mind that I'm a girl, and I didn't spend a ton of time drawing weapons and fight scenes.
